What would I be
Without my dark and sinful glee?
How shall I glow
With no vicious, daring foe?
What shall I crave?
An eulogy beside my grave?
For life grows inwards, in my veins,
In shuddering breaths and bleeding shames,
Kept silently in kisses, deep,
Climbing the road to heart, so steep,
In dreams of love into my sleep.
Soulwrecked, afraid and narrow
What would I be without my shadow?
